Patient Appointments
Patients are seen by appointment only. However, patients with urgent problems are seen within 24 hours. Acutely ill patients are seen immediately. If you must cancel an appointment, please give us 24 hours notice to avoid a charge.

Prescription Renewals
Prescriptions may be renewed by telephone during normal office hours. Please call us with refill requests 24 hours in advance and have your pharmacy and prescription number ready.

Referrals
If you are a member of an HMO or a managed care insurance plan, you may be required to bring a referral for podiatric services from your primary care physician. Please check with your primary care physician before making an appointment. Payment and Billing
For your convenience, our office will submit a claim to your insurance plan for services provided. We then bill you for all amounts your insurance company does not pay. If we receive no response from your insurance company after 90 days, you will be responsible for your bill. Our office accepts cash, check, VISA and MasterCard.

All HMO and PPO patients must pay their assigned co-pay at the time of the visit.

If payment of your bill is a problem, please let us know. We can make arrangements for a reasonable payment schedule to assure your continued medical care.
